Terms of use
Last updated 2026-09-27
These terms govern your use of mob.markets and the Mob mini app (together, "Mob"), offered by Shyguy LLC, doing business as Meex ("we"). By using Mob you accept them. If you don't, don't use it.
1. What Mob is
Mob is a market-data terminal for Robinhood Chain. It reads prices, trades and token details from public blockchains and third-party sources and shows them. It lets you post hits — public calls on where a price is going — and it grades them. Mob does not hold your funds, give you custody of anything, or offer any token for sale.
1a. Trade and Convert
Mob can put a swap in front of you — through its own route on the Uniswap v4 router, or a route fetched from LI.FI, a third-party aggregator — including swaps into tokenized stocks and RWAs, and (on the Convert page) a series of swaps that turn several small balances into one of them. Every swap is a transaction that your wallet signs and sends; Mob never holds, controls or can move your funds, and every approval it asks for covers only that swap's amount. On Mob's own route Mob takes a 1% fee on the amount you put in, inside the same transaction; a LI.FI route shows any fee it carries before you sign. Mob shows the expected and minimum amounts first. Pools, tokens, hooks, aggregators and bridges are third-party contracts Mob does not control; a trade can fail, fill worse than quoted within your slippage setting, or leave you holding a token you can't sell. Mob does not recommend any trade or any asset.
2. Who may use it
You must be at least 18 and able to agree to these terms. You may not use Mob if you are in, or ordinarily resident in, a country or region under comprehensive U.S. sanctions, or if you are on a sanctions list. Issuers of tokenized stocks and RWAs restrict who may hold them (for example, persons in the United States). If you trade or convert into one through Mob, you confirm that you are eligible to hold it under its issuer's rules and the laws where you live. Mob does not issue, sell or recommend these tokens, and does not check your eligibility.
3. Hits are public, signed and permanent
A hit is a message you sign with your wallet. When Mob accepts it, Mob stamps it with its own block and price, publishes it with your wallet address or Farcaster account, and grades it by the rules in the docs. Hits cannot be edited or deleted by you — that permanence is the point of the record. Your real trades in a token ("fills") are public blockchain data and are shown beside your hits. Nobody is paid for calls, and a hit is an opinion, not advice.
4. What you may not do
Don't use Mob to manipulate a market — pumping a token you hold with hits, coordinating calls to move a price, wash trading, or impersonating another caller or project. Don't post anything unlawful, infringing, or designed to deceive. Don't attack, overload or scrape Mob beyond its published API, and don't try to get around its limits. We may hide hits or profiles that break these terms or the law, and may refuse service to anyone who does.
5. Token profiles
Only a token's controller — the wallet that launched it, or its on-chain owner, as Mob reads from the chain at the time — can sign its description, links, banner and logo. By signing, you confirm you have the right to publish that text and those images. The "signed" mark means only that the controller signed it; it is not a review, an endorsement or a statement that the token is safe. We may remove a profile that is unlawful, infringing or misleading.
6. Data is as-is
Prices, gaps, liquidity, launchpad labels, holder counts, grades and everything else on Mob come from blockchains and third parties and can be wrong, late, incomplete or missing. A launchpad label is an inference from the transaction that first minted a token. Don't rely on Mob as the only source for any decision.
7. Notifications
In Farcaster you can turn on notifications about your hits and callers you follow. You can turn them off in Farcaster at any time.
8. Marks and content of others
Robinhood, Uniswap, Farcaster, Base, TradingView, CoinGecko, GeckoTerminal, DexScreener and the companies whose logos appear beside their tokenized stocks are the marks of their owners. Mob is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them; logos identify the asset a token tracks. Charts use TradingView's open-source Lightweight Charts™.
9. No warranty
Mob is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise that Mob will be available, accurate or free of errors.
10. Limits on liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shyguy LLC and its members, managers and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost tokens, trading losses or lost data, arising from your use of Mob. Our total liability for any claim is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars.
11. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify Shyguy LLC against claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of Mob, your hits or profiles, or your violation of these terms or of anyone's rights.
12. Changes and ending
We may change Mob or these terms. The date at the top says when they last changed; using Mob after a change means you accept it. We may suspend or end Mob, or your use of it, at any time.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Ada County, Idaho, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
